Refund Policy:
If the customer is not satisfied with his/her results by the end of the fourth month of the program, a refund for the fourth month will be issued & the customer will continue to receive services for free until they are satisfied with their results or choose to discontinue services.

For monthly payments, the customer must notify the merchant (Barefoot Will) at least 24 hours in advance to the beginning of the next billing cycle. (For example: a monthly service subscription that bills at 12:00pm on the 5th of each month- the customer must notify the merchant by 12:00pm on the 4th to avoid being charged the next month’s fee.)

No refunds are available for the first three months of the program.

Compliance with the program is necessary to receive a refund. A customer that is not compliant with the program at a rate of 75% or greater will be disqualified from receiving a refund for services. Compliance requirements include: 
-documented completion of exercise routines via Trainerize App
-documented sign-in to Trainerize App
-documented check-in call bookings via Calendly

Exceptions: 
An exception for refund will be applied if the client provides proof of medical necessity to discontinue the program. In this case, a refund will be issued for the prorated amount at the date of discontinuation request. (For example: if a client needs to discontinue services on the last day of the second month, a refund will be issued for the third & fourth month, considering adequate proof is provided.)

All refund requests are reviewed carefully reviewed by Barefoot Will.
