I hired Barefoot Will to help me out with mobility issues. I am 42 and I was limited in my two favorite activities; jiu-jitsu and lifting.
He designed a plan for me that was easy to incorporate into my gym time and checked in frequently to see how I was doing or to make modifications.
With his program I saw improvement relatively quickly. I'm not 100% to where I want to be but I'm way better than I was before meeting him. I incorporate his exercises into lifting sessions, warming up for jiu-jitsu, and stretching on off days and I feel way better.
On top of that he's an easy guy to work with and a really good dude.
